✅ Step 1: Find Your Nearest Collection Site
You can collect your card at Boxer, Checkers, Pick n Pay, Shoprite, and Usave stores or selected Post Office branches across Gauteng.

✅ Step 2: What You Need to Bring
🔹 South African ID (Green Book or Smart Card)
🔹 Your SASSA Gold Card (if available)
🔹 Any official SMS confirmation from Postbank (if received)
📌 If you don’t have your SASSA Gold Card anymore, Postbank staff will assist you.
✅ Step 3: Collect Your Postbank Black Card
1️⃣ Visit your chosen collection point (see the list below).
2️⃣ Follow the queue process and present your documents.
3️⃣ Verify your identity with the Postbank representative.
4️⃣ Receive your Postbank Black Card immediately.
⚠️ Expect long queues! Try to visit during off-peak hours (morning or midday) to avoid delays.
